TEM CONS FOUNDATION is a non-governmental organization (NGO) proudly founded by a passionate group of young people from Lesotho. Born from a deep desire to change the narrative of unemployment, poverty, and limited opportunities, our foundation is committed to empowering the youth—because we believe the future belongs to them.
Our Story
TEM CONS FOUNDATION was formed by youth who understand the daily challenges that young Basotho face. With limited access to education, skills development, and job opportunities, many young people are left behind. We started this foundation to create pathways for success and growth—by youth, for youth.

Our mission is to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to build better lives for themselves and their communities.
